System 1: Appointment Scheduling & Reminder ● Schedule healthcare appointments for members, including primary care, specialists, laboratory tests, nursing services, mental health counseling, physical therapy, and more (up to 8 appointments per year). ● Research and recommend authoritative primary care providers (PCP) or specialists based on the member’s health conditions (1 recommendation per 4-month term).
System 2: Doctor Visit Preparation ● Provide a pre-appointment health summary that outlines the member’s physical condition, medical history, previous diagnoses, and treatments to assist doctors in making accurate diagnoses and treatment plans (1 summary per 4-month term).
System 3: Medication Management ● Track the member’s prescriptions, refills, over-the-counter medications, and supplements to ensure they never run out. ● Send reminders to help members take their medications correctly. ● Research lower-cost medication options, discounts, or drug savings programs (1 review per 4-month term).
System 4: Medical Record organization & updates ● Ensure medical records are up to date. Members need to upload new diagnoses and treatments to the medical record platform. Our professionals will review and update the member’s health summary accordingly.
System 5: Medical Record Platform ● Store medical records, prescriptions, medications, appointment details, and other important health information in VIP World Medical's secure, password-protected platform. ● Provide digital access to healthcare information for both the member and their family members at any time. ● Upload new medical records, health notes, or summaries to the platform as needed. ● Easily track the member’s health status, progress, and treatment plans.
System 6: Monthly Virtual "Face-to-Face" Meeting ● A 30-minute virtual "face-to-face" meeting (1 every 2 months) hosted by VIP World Medical. This interactive session allows us to understand the member’s concerns or questions and address them promptly.
System 7: Virtual "Face-to-Face" Consultation ● A 30-minute virtual “face to face” consultation (1 every 4 months) will be held by certified professionals. Through mutual interaction, we can learn more about the member's health status and give health advice. Consultation will usually be arranged in the evening or weekend.
