Based on the health conditions and financial status, members can select Healthy Routine, Health Plus, or Health Advance to meet their health needs.

Level I: Healthy Routine (139 dollars monthly / 1390 dollars annually)

System 1: Appointment Scheduling & Reminder
● Schedule all healthcare appointments for members, including primary care, specialists, laboratory tests, nursing services, mental health counseling, physical therapy, etc.
● Research authoritative PCP or specialists based on member’s conditions (1 per 4 month term)

System 2: Preparation For Seeing Doctor
● Provide pre-appointment health summary that clearly indicates members' physical condition, diseases, previous diagnosis & treatments so that the doctors can make correct diagnoses and treatments. (1 per 4 month term)
● Update medical records. Members need to upload the new diagnosis and treatments to the medical record platform. Our professionals will review them and update member’s health summary.

System 3: Medication Management
● Track member’s prescriptions, refills, over-the-counter medications, or supplements (never run out)
● Remind member to take the medications correctly
● Search for lower cost options, discounts, or drug savings program (1 per 4 month term)
● Analysis medication harmful interactions and side effects to make sure they are safe and needed (1 per 4 month term)

System 4: Medical Record Platform
● Store medical records, prescriptions & medications, appointment details, updates, and important health information in VIP World Medical's medical record management system (with password protection)
● Digital access to healthcare information for patient and family members at any time
● Upload new medical records, appointments, health notes or summaries, etc. to the platform at any time
● It is easy to track member’s health conditions, progress, and treatment plans

System 5: Insurance Coordination
● Review member’s insurance coverage, deductibles, and charges, and optimize the benefits

System 6: Virtual “Face to Face” Consultation (1 per 4 month term)
● Virtual “face to face” consultation (30 minutes) will be held by certified professionals. Through mutual interaction, we can learn more about the member's health status and give health advice.
● Consultation will usually be arranged in the evening or weekend. So family members can also join it

System 7: Health/Wellness Monitoring
● Close monitoring of essential health indicators biweekly, including blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen, blood sugar, etc.
● Early finding member’s health issues and taking prompt responses.

System 8: Wellness Reminder
● Friendly reminder of important health or medical tasks, such as medications, exercise, etc.
● Keep patient and family members informed
